Matsato-Osuren knife

I purchased it 2 months ago. I have found that it lives up to its hype. The knife has a smooth, balanced handle, but it will cut you if you are not careful. I have not found a thing so far that it won't cut into, raw, cooked, or frozen, like butter. I love this knife, and it is my go-to in the kitchen. I also purchased the pocket knife, and it is easily my new knife, as I carry several dozen from various brands.
